This shampoo noticeably changes the texture & fullness of my hair after only one use! My husband & I use this shampoo, & we both absolutely love it. Prior to using it, my hair looked flat & felt stringy. I have thinning hair at the crown of my head due to PCOS. I wash my hair every other day rotating between this shampoo & Lush's Seanik sea salt & seaweed shampoo bar for volume. I love this shampoo because it doesn't take much product. I use just enough to get a good lather, & I massage it into my scalp focusing on the areas where I notice the most thinning then let it sit for about 5 minutes while I shower. I can definitely notice a difference when I run out of shampoo, & the last big bottle I purchased lasted me about 8 months rotating the way I described. Worth every penny for a product that actually works, and I feel rather sick when I think of all the money I've wasted on worthless hair thinning products.
